MUSEUM FRIEDER BURDA Baden Baden goes Digital
After the museum was very satisfied with the first installation, we have now installed the update with the new LED Banner Foil with the LED pitch of 16mm.
The museum building designed by star architect Richard Meyer deliberately takes a back seat in the Baden-Baden park and next to the historic Kunsthalle. The MUSEUM FRIEDER BURDA presents an important art collection, but also hosts attractive solo exhibitions.
In order to bring the inner art life to the outside, a digital solution was sought and found with LightnTec video film. A large stone wall panel on the facade thus becomes a digital window. Without interfering with the architecture, current exhibitions can be pointed out, the calendar of events can be advertised, but also artistic content can be presented on 22 sqm in a light but energy-efficient way.
The banner surface and its substructure respects the facade with a weight of only 70kg. It blends harmoniously into the overall ensemble. Thus an extension of the MUSEUM FRIEDER BURDA into the city is created.

This is a thin flexible and very light LED banner unit including 18 x 36 pixels (576 x 288mm) with individually controllable LED by a 16mm pixel pitch respectively. The foil has 4000NIT (cd/sqm) and is suitable for shaped applications with outdoor banner.
